Agawam is a diverse community of approximately 29,000 residents. Within its borders are eight highly accredited public schools and a state-of-the art public library. The Agawam Senior Center provides recreation, meals and transportation among its many services to senior citizens. Agawam has numerous locally owned retail and service businesses and restaurants, in addition to industry. Six Flags New England is a cornerstone of the community bringing families and individuals from far and wide to our town.
